Sarah is the mother of three, a wife, a CEO, and actively involved in her Church community. Sarah has a passion for real estate and loves working with all of her owners, sellers, buyers, tenants and vendors.

When Brenda is not working, she spends time with her Shihtzu she adores named Gracie, enjoys going out with friends to listen to live music, and loves to spend time at the beach.

Sarah Eliza joined Hatch Property Management and Sales in August of 2019 as our Administrative Assistant. She is now one of our Property Managers and has her real estate license in Virginia. Sarah Eliza graduated from James Madison University in May 2019. She loves to dance in a DC based dance company, play guitar and piano, and eat at every sushi place she can.

Saheem is one of our newest team member, joining Hatch PM and Sales as a seasoned Property Manager and Real Estate agent. Saheem has over 15 years experience in the industry with a specialty in investor asset acquisition and capital improvements. Saheem loves running and tries to run a 5k everyday. He loves trying new restaurants, traveling, reading and collects old records and books of all kinds.

Amy joined the Hatch team in 2019 as our part-time administrative assistant. She then obtained her real estate license in Washington DC. She is a graduate of James Madison University, and she has her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at George Washington University. She loves working with people, running, volunteering and watching movies.

Jenny joins the Hatch team from  Iloilo City which is known as The City of Love. Jenny works as one of our Property Manager Assistants, supporting the Property Managers and overseeing all of our onboarding processes. Jenny enjoys boxing and weight training for body building, taking care of her two beautiful huskies (Timber & Ice), reading books and making Tik Tok videos.

Jairo joins the Hatch team from Managua, Nicaragua. Jairo works as one of our Property Manager Assistants, supporting the Property Manager and overseeing all of our onboarding processes. Jairo has extensive experience in technical support, team management. When he's not working, Jairo enjoys spending time with his kids and helping them with class projects and cooking for them.

Veronica joins the Hatch team from Mexico as one our property manager assistants. She has been in property management for the past 2 years. She is also a Vetrinarian in her country and loves all animals. Her favorite animal is a shark. Veronica loves to spend time with her family, cooking and travelling to various locations to go hiking, sight-seeing, camping and loves to be in nature.

Maintenance Coordinator

Myka joins the Hatch team in our Maintenenace Department. She comes with a wealth of experience in customer support leadership roles. She loves to spend time with her daughter and reading her books, playing and having dance parties. In Myka's spare time, she enjoys binge watching crime thriller documentaries, reading books, long drives and trips to the Beach.

Maintenance Project Coordinator

Cecilia "CC", joins the Hatch team overseeing maintenance projects for our tenants and landlords. CC is originally from Washington State and she is very family-oriented. She is a military vet, military spouse & a working mom with two little ones at home. She enjoys running, hiking, snowboarding & most outdoor activities.

Field Support Specialist

Mary joins the Hatch Team as our Field Support Specialist, a position that supports the Property Managers in the various needs of the properties we manage. She is a military wife, mother to 3 children, and has lived all over the US as well as Japan. She is active in her community and loves to swim, hike, compete in triathlons, play volleyball as well as sing, read and teach theater.

Application Processor

Cristina joins the Hatch Team as our Application Processor, making sure the applications are processed thoroughly with a quick turnaround. Cristina has spent 5 years working in a leasing environment and has a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the industry. She is fluent in Spanish as well as English. She is a native to the DMV and loves spending time with her family and traveling to the beach.
