Maintenance Emergencies

Please call our office if you are experiencing any of the following maintenance emergencies in your rental property:


  • Fire (Call 911 first then call Hatch)
  • Gas Leak (Call Gas Company first then call Hatch)
  • Flooding/Water Intrusion/Water Leak
  • No AC in Extreme Heat Conditions
  • No Heat in Extreme Cold Conditions
  • Critical Property Damage (ex: Tree fell on property, window/door security, etc.)
