Please call our office if you are experiencing any of the following maintenance emergencies in your rental property:

Fire (Call 911 first then call Hatch)
Gas Leak (Call Gas Company first then call Hatch)
Flooding/Water Intrusion/Water Leak
No AC in Extreme Heat Conditions
No Heat in Extreme Cold Conditions
Critical Property Damage (ex: Tree fell on property, window/door security, etc.)
